Fitzroy Dacres

The Artist Fitzroy Dacres is a lover of colors and boldness of art pieces. He is Jamaican born, and lives in the USA. His love for art came from an early age where he watched and learned from classmates trying to replicate marvel comic images. While he did not fully pursue a career in the arts, he was able to successfully earn an art certificate from The Oxford University.

Fitzroy’s love and passion is to create realism, painting with a hint of abstract. As he works with colors and lines he is able to capture the attention and take his audience into his world with bright acrylic and oil prints showing close up figures that beams right at its audience.

What Dacres is trying to accomplish is to create paintings that will spark conversation and for collectors to imagine his pieces as the ideal art to add to their decor.

The earlier stage of Dacres’ work was focused on painting landscapes and portraits, but he has transitioned to creating contemporary realism pieces of art that show mostly vibrant colors. His Art is ideal for restaurants, home decor, interior design or any modern setting that wants to display vibrance in a unique way.

Dacres currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
